Each search is tailored to your startup and hiring needs. While we have a database of candidates like any recruiting firm, we don’t have a pool of stale candidates or stack of resumes we shoot over on day one.

We focus on quality candidates, creating a tailored candidate pool that fits your current & future needs. We vet the prospective candidates, have the hard conversations around salary & equity, and act as their guide so you don’t lose great candidates along the way.

Our focus on you:

Internal recruiting and agency recruiters can often work on 20+ roles at a time.  Our recruiting consultants focus on 4-5 roles at a time, giving them enough time to be dedicated to your search.

Our team is built strategically, too.  We come from real operations, strategy, and consulting backgrounds before we fell in love with recruiting.  This gives us unique perspective and business insight, rather than your run of the mill agency recruiter, or 20 year internal corporate recruiting veteran.

Our pricing model:

We work on an hourly rate model with each role custom scoped based on your needs.  This means we can pivot with you as the business needs change, we’re focused on placing the right candidate not just any candidate, and no need for you to pay a 20-30% placement commission at the end of the search.

We offer full-cycle recruiting (sourcing to hire), as well as parsed out packages. We can source, screen, review applicants, run active outreach, consult with you on adapting to an ever-changing talent landscape, and/or support you and your team by doing one or a few of these things, but not all if the need isn’t fully there. 

We also help you achieve scale when recruiting for multiple candidates in the same function -for example building out your Account Executive team or software engineering team.
