Emily found her passion for working with startups during her MBA while working on a project with a Croatian robotics startup. After helping them develop a strategic plan for entering the US market, she couldn’t stay away. For the past 6 years, she’s worked with startups, VC & PE firms, and rapidly scaling businesses to help them with Talent and Operational strategy.
She started her career in Project Management, HR, and Operations which helps her take a strategic approach to Talent and People Operations. So far, she’s helped 40+ early stage startups build out their talent arm, hire key executives for founding teams, and position themselves to scale rapidly.
In her free time, Emily travels the world with her husband (and occasionally posts about it) and manages short term rentals & other multi-family real estate as a co-founder of Roam to Rome Spaces.

Christian Antunes is a Silicon Valley native with experience working from Big Tech to start-ups. He developed his interest for working with early stage ventures while working for a data security startup CyVolve, but was first introduced to the world while working in corporate innovation at Cisco. With a background in tech, and degrees in international business and business analytics, he put his skills to work by finding the best candidates with the best fit for operations of any size and background.

From management consulting to small business ownership, Kathryn has always been fascinated by business psychology, strategic growth, and organizational effectiveness. She has experience training, hiring and growing teams from the ground up, as well as cultivating, retaining and improving talent in existing organizations.
Kathryn has recruited and placed talent from the ground up to executive roles for early- to mid-stage startups, PE and Venture-backed companies. She specializes in working with portfolio/team leadership to help scale, systematize and maximize their growth goals. Off-hours, she serves on the Board of Prison Yoga Chicago and performs standup comedy in Chicago and LA.
